You are appreciated for choosing Cyber warranty. In case something is wrong with your purchased products under the Cyber warranty, complete form below, service department of Cyber will contact you as soon as possible. Before sending the form, please read our warranty conditions.

1- Replacing or damaging the warranty label or the technical specification labels of the product, voids the warranty.
2- Repair or tamper of the product voids the warranty.
3- Cyber warranty does not apply to the physically damaged or noticeably burnt product.
4- Accepting the product shall not mean the acceptance of warranty, warranty status will be determined after technical inspection of the product.
5- The out of warranty products after being repaired by Cyber, will be under the warranty of this company for a period of one month.
Delivery Conditions:
1- The product is delivered only to the holder of the receipt.
2- Service Center will hold your product in trust for a period of one month from the date of delivery of the product by the owner, and after this period of time, the service center takes no responsibility for the product.
3- Delivery of out of warranty or without warranty product to service center shall be supposed as accepting the repairs expense to the limit of 200,000.Rls. In case the expense of service be estimated more than this amount, this service center contacts the product owner and confirms the matter with him/ her.
4- If a product will have been discounted, is replaced with a new model with considering margin.
